Returns and Exchange Policy

Cancellation and changes to orders

Please note that we cannot accept changes to your order (such as changing the product, color, or size), cancellations, or refunds after your order has been placed. Please check the contents before completing your order.

Please note that since the products in our shop are hygienic products that come into direct contact with the skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or incorrect delivery (including those due to customer convenience). In the case of product defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days. After receiving your contact, we will explain how to return, refund, or exchange the product. In that case, we will cover the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the exchange.

Refusal to accept cash on delivery

If you decline (reject) receipt of an item that has been shipped via cash on delivery, the item will be returned to our brand. If the item is returned due to refusal to receive the cash on delivery, we will charge you the shipping fee for re-shipping.

*Even if shipping is free, the shipping costs are actually borne by our brand, so we will charge you the actual cost.

About ring size exchange

Only unused rings are accepted. Please contact us via the inquiry form or our official LINE account within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are limited to one time only.

About repairs

Whether or not the product can be repaired depends on the condition of the product. Please fill out the following necessary information and contact us via the inquiry form or our official LINE account .

Although we make our products with great care to ensure their strength, some products prioritize delicate design. Therefore, please note that we will charge you for repair costs. For repairs within the warranty period (within 6 months of purchase), we will cover the shipping costs.

Warranty period (within 6 months of purchase)

1. Free shipping for repairs/maintenance

2. Free refurbishment (usually ¥2,000 + return shipping)
We remove small scratches and recoat the item to bring the color back to like new.
*Please note that large scratches may be difficult to remove.

3. Repairs are quoted separately (repairs are possible even outside the warranty period)
We will handle any issues that are believed to be caused by initial defects free of charge.
